Our 30-Day and 350-Mile Return/Reject Policy starts the moment you receive your item, regardless of the time of day. This generous policy allows you to thoroughly inspect and evaluate your purchase. If, for any reason, you decide that the item does not meet your expectations, you have the option to return or exchange it, no questions asked.

To initiate a return or exchange, you must notify us via email before 5 PM PDT on the 30th calendar day following the receipt of your asset. Please note that the day of purchase is considered as day 0, meaning your return period spans the subsequent 30 days.

When requesting a buyback, the vehicle must be present on the Buyer’s property at the time of the transaction. The payment will also be conducted at this location. We commit to purchasing the vehicle back from you at 100% of the original purchase price, with deductions for any documentation fees, shipping costs, taxes, or state fees. Additionally, any costs incurred in returning the vehicle will be subtracted from the refund amount.

During the return period, all items are insured to protect against potential damage. However, it is important to note that this coverage does not extend to incidents involving the customer being under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of the accident.
